If your concerned about blur/ghosting I think this is a pretty decent deal for a gaming monitor.

use $15 off coupon to reduce/eliminate shipping cost. Final price will be determined by shipping cost to your location. My monitor came out to $225 after coupon.

You have to use a activation coupon found at deal sites. I used the one on techbargains, "back to school".

ONCE YOU GET MONITOR, go to blurbusters.com and improve the monitor even more using the blurbuster and 1350T trick.

If I wanted to do dual monitors, but only game on one would two of these be overkill. If so what would be a good match to this for a secondary?

If you're concerned about a second monitor. Buy three. Go for it son.

Eyefinity doesn't appeal to me at all. I just was tempted to go dual monitor but didn't know if this would be wasted on a secondary.

I would probably choose a monitor that has better colors as a secondary and then use the Benq for games where I need it(FPS) and the other for games where colors are more important(think Skyrim or the likes).

I have 3 x ML series Asus, tempted to swap the middle monitor out for this as all I really do when I'm home is game or browse web anyway anymore.

But this for gaming then watch sd for an ips monitor they are going on sale left and right.

But that's just my opinion. Could buy 2 of these if you want.

Good deal on this! If you want a quality secondary screen look at the QNIX QX2710, they are overclockable and most seem to hit 100Hz or higher, but of course the refresh rate you are able to get is not gauraunteed. Far better choice going PLS instead of IPS, IMO.

I bought a xl2720t 3 months before these were released. Got it at a good price, otherwise would have grabbed a "z" generation for that 144hz instead of 120hz.

This is what I do. I have the Benq for FPS and a Qnix 2710 for everything else.

I bought the last one from Tiger about two weeks ago. They restocked fairly quickly so keep checking if your interested.
