Unlocking your cell phone is about to be *rolls dice* ....legal again!

The U.S. House of Representatives has just passed a bill that will once again give consumers the right to unlock their cellphones, meaning the legislation is only a presidential signature away from becoming law.

Who exactly was enforcing this law anyway? Did anyone actually get locked up and thrown in jail?
 
After the Senate, the bill will automatically become law because no one can manage to track down Mr. Obama... Due to his rigorous schedule of fucking off that is.

Not exactly. Contraception is far from the only medical technology that religions reject. Even the majority opinion in Hobby Lobby went out of it's way to say that this ruling wasn't broad based and didn't cover every possible medical technology that an employer may object to based on religious grounds. If the Court had been all about protecting religious freedom then why such the narrow ruling? However there's nothing in the ruling that would prevent an employer seeking the same kinds of religious exemptions that Hobby Lobby did on coverage on everything from vaccinations to kidney transplants.
