It looks as though the Areal Kickstarter has been funded. As if that wasn't enough for the crew at West Games, it seems Vladimir Putin might actually be a fan of the game (or they are just being pranked).

If you give me the chance to play the alpha version of the game, when it is ready, then I invite you in advance to the Kremlin, to meet personally, be ready to play a little bit and talk about the interests of young people, the gamers of our country. Signed V. Putin

So easy to troll. If a major superpower wants something, they'll send an official to your house or something and make it clear, not just a random email. Plus, it would never be personally sent, but through aids... yup, all major world leaders have aids.
 
If it was me, I wouldn't care if I got trolled. If the money comes through, I'm happy!
 
If it was me I'd add him to the game a crazy dictator driving a Chevy... Vlad the Impala. :D
 
I used to hang out with some of the worse trolls on the net yeah that is troll bait.
 
I don't find it that hard to believe. A few years ago I personally received an email from Bill Gates. It was something about testing his email server and he would pay me $100 for each friend I forwarded the email to. I forwarded the email to like a hundred people.


....Come to think of it, the asshole never sent me my check for my thousands, what a dick....
 
I'm was suppose to show up for a court date in Boston a few months ago according to my Spam email folder.
 
I think the e-mail is about as real as the game itself. As much as I'd like to think this Kickstarter is legitimate,(I loved the STALKER series and there aren't many good games similar to it), there are way too many red flags with it.

Lol, everyone knows VP wants it he'll just take it like he is trying with Ukraine. Why should he ask?
