So here we are it is her new court date how did things go down.
 
Well looks like she got Probation on this one... I got an automated notice that her next count date is 2 years from now on 7/6/2016 for a disposition hearing. Not 100% sure what that means but I THINK that means she got 2 years of probation and that date out in 2016 is when its over. They should have thrown her ass in jail for a year but honestly I can see her screwing up before her probation is done but even then no guarantee she will go to jail then either.
 
I hope the next guy who gets accused of assault on a female, when they try and slap him with 2-5 years for assault and another 10 for attempted rape because they can trump up the charges, that his lawyer brings up this bullshit farce and makes a huge national scene in the media.

What a complete crock of shit.

"Accelerated Rehabilitation (AR) in Connecticut is a diversionary program that can be used if you have never been convicted of a crime. It can only be used if you are charged with certain crimes that are deemed not serious but that still carry a possible term of imprisonment. The program can only be used once. It cannot be used if you are charged with a family violence crime and are eligible for the Family Violence Education Program or have used the program before, or are charged with possession of narcotics or drug paraphernalia and are eligible for the Drug Education Program or have used the program before. When you apply for accelerated rehabilitation you must send a notice to the victim, if there is one, who is entitled to appear at the next court date and to advise the court whether or not they are opposed to the granting of accelerated rehabilitation. You will need to send the victim a notification form via certified mail and bring the proof of receipt to your next court date. There is a $35 fee to make an application for accelerated rehabilitation. At your next court date the court will review your case for eligibility and will grant or deny your entry into the program, based in part on whether or not you are determined to be likely to offend again in the future. If the court grants you entry into the accelerated rehabilitation program you will be charged a $100 program fee and your case will be continued for up to two years, during which time you will be under the supervision of the Court Support Services Division. The court can imposed specific conditions on your period of supervision that will depend on the nature of your charges. You may also be required to take part in a Hate Crimes program which carries an additional fee of $425. If the program is successfully completed the charges will be dismissed by the court."

That girl is a fucking criminal and should be put away. If she was a young black male she'd have been locked up so fast it'd make her head spin.

Domestic violence is ok if its the woman doing the beating.
Murder is ok so long as its minority on minority, but heaven forbid it be minority on white or white on white.
Its ok for Disney to bribe congress to extend copyright laws, but god forbid if you get caught pirating something Disney won't distribute, or if you legally purchased digital content from Disney just to have it pulled with no refund for a month so you can oly see it on the Disney channel over the holidays....

Considering she still thinks she did nothing wrong and personal 'drones' are on the rise. I think the possibility is very real but regardless of the possibilities, this was a slap on the wrist and the face of real justice.

Assault is one thing. Lying to the police in order to frame a young man for assault is quite another. This girl has no principles, that's the big deal. She doesn't deserve to be part of society for a long time.

If only banishment was still available as a punishment.
 
I am just floored that she got off so easy... As many have said if it had been a 23 year old male assaulting a 17 year old girl there would have been far more serious charges leveled and no way in hell would he have gotten probation first offense or otherwise.

Also where is the giving false information to a police charge. Why was she given a pass on her false claim of him assaulting her? Again had it been a man in this situation you can almost bet money there would have been charges for that crime too.

I just cant believe how this case has ended. Not ONCE has this dumb broad expressed one shred of remorse for her actions. In fact she STILL thinks she was the victim and that what she did was perfectly ok to do. Why did the courts ignore that? Isn't that something they are supposed to consider?

Ok since you don't get it, let me spell if out for you.

1) She STILL believes she was in the right..so Obviously she doesn't get it.
2) 23 year old Attacks a 17 year old..In most circumstances not only is that Assault, but it is Assault on a Minor.
3) During the course of the assault that she Clearly perpetuated, she nearly ripped his shirt off. Please show me a Single instance where a Guy assaults a female and nearly rips clothing off and doesn't instantly get slapped with Rape charges which land him in prison for 10 years.
4) She Blatantly LIED to cops trying to get this kid arrested for assault when SHE is the one who assaulted him. So trying to defend this bitch when she clearly knew how to abuse the system is just insane. She damn well knows how fucked this kid would of been had she gotten away with it and she didn't give a flying fuck or even the slightest hesitation at potentially ruining his life. She Also claimed he was doing something perverted so minus video evidence she wasn't just content to fuck him over with assault, she was aiming for a charge that would of gotten him labeled as a sex offender. That carries a lifetime of "go fuck yourself" because you are never getting a decent job or place to live anywhere.

So yes, there is a problem here. The problem is the flagrant double standards and the fact that despite video evidence this bitch gets treated like a princess and basically let off the hook. Probation..What a fucking pathetic joke when you factor in all the shit she tried to pull and what would of happened to this kid had he NOT video taped it.

Yeah he is just damned lucky that he taped things. Even luckier that they cops bothered to even look at his proof and didn't beat him down first and look at the truth later.

Sigh she is not going anywhere for two years.. She got two years of PROBATION that they call accelerated rehab. She SHOULD have gotten the 1 year in jail that her crime was supposed to have as a punishment. Only reason she isn't in jail right now is the is a woman....
 
lol you guys. Most law enforcement is never going to give someone jail time for a first offense minor assault. If she had gouged his eyes out or something maybe.
Rehab for 2 years is a fine punishment, first she only gets that opportunity once and she just wasted her chance on a silly drone and a teen. Hopefully she has to lose her time going to some classes or something that are annoying.

I know a guy who shattered a guys arms with a bat and he got 1 year. You have to do some serious damage to get real time in the slammer or you have to be a repeat offender they are sick of and decide to throw the book at. Realistically I don't know what you guys were expecting.

LOL she didn't get rehab for two years... What she got is a fancy name for PROBATION.. She just goes down every so often and reports. Hell it might not even end up being more than a phone call every week. Considering the dumb broad has not expressed even one bit of remorse or responsibility for her actions she shouldn't have been allowed probation. She can't be rehabilitated or reformed as long as she doesn't even admit or think she did wrong. Jail time might have helped her understand there are consequences for her actions.
 
I wouldn't be surprised if this nut goes apeshit in traffic and starts generating a decent criminal record. She got all punchy with a kid who basically had a model airplane, and never batted an eye before accusing him of really bizarre stuff with no evidence.

She's fucking nuts, and that doesn't go away.

I just wish it had went away to jail... That might and I say might with little conviction have changed her attitude. Still floors me that she never expressed remorse or admitted that anything she did was wrong. Wonder if they even made her apologize.

I don't think so i might agree if she got fined too but she did not she instead gets to go home resume her life with one exception she has to attend a meeting once a week-month and not violate any laws. A restraining order would have been nice too.

I don't think any lawyer is going to allow his or her client to say something that might incriminate or expose the client to jail time. If you were facing a trial and jail time I would hope you would not be publicly apologizing, either. The best advice is to only talk to your lawyer and plead not guilty...not say how sorry you are for assaulting someone :eek:

There will be standard fines and fees and she has to pay a $100 dollar program fee (and already paid a $35 dollar application fee). She may have to pay additional costs for the program. She also had to notify the boy and indicate to the court whether the victim is opposed to her application; it's possible he was supportive of her getting the program.

We don't have room for serious offenders in our jails or prisons, let alone a minor assault. In some states, and I haven't looked into this one, assaulting a minor would carry a sex offender label for life. But none of them would put someone in jail or prison for a first time offense like this. If you did that you'd be putting everyone who ever got into a bar fight in jail or prison and then claimed the other person started it to the police...I'm just speculating here but I wouldn't be surprised if our incarcerated population doubled or more overnight!

She might have done a few days, weeks, or a couple months for that misdemeanor and possibly lying to a cop, so probation for a couple years where she can go back to jail for the original charges *and* whatever else she does within the next two years is a healthy punishment that can be considered more severe than going to jail for a short period of time.

Oh the humanity! I had to pay $180 for my 7mph over the limit ticket last year.

I'm just trying to put myself in her shoes and imagine what my punishment would be.

I see a little underage girl playing with a remote control toy by the beach. I assault her, wrestle her to the ground, and then rip her shirt off exposing her chest while she screams for help. Then when the officers come, I lie and file a false police report, which if no video evidence existed might have gotten the girl in a lot of trouble (well, in some alternate universe where that could actually happen). Then in spite of video evidence of my assault of a minor and filing a false police report, I get a $100 fine. LMAO!

Yeah... right.
 
He honestly should have dropped his phone after getting the initial attack recorded, turned, and beat the living fuck out of her and claimed self-defense.

That's actually some the worst parts of all this. There are people out there on other sites that think she was 100% justified in her actions. They think that he got what he deserved or even worse that she should have beaten him worse. So its not even just her being a whack job its that other people (here included) think she was in the right.

Heck just look that that other vide link I posted( guy gets off his bike to accost a news crew that just happened to catch him as they filmed). Its pretty pathetic how grown people act sometimes.

MAYBE had they sent a strong message to this dumb broad other people might have been shown that there were consequences for actions of this type. Guess not though since they think she was justified. They would think she was being persecuted...

Add one more quotation around "males", and you're spot on. Although I'm not sure its entirely their fault, as many have been brainwashed from an early age both at home by single moms (or dad's that just worked until the wee hours and so had little exposure in raising) and extremely liberal teachers. It was outright scary the amount of propaganda fed to me here in the US in English and history classes, a stark contrast from the unbiased international private school I was at previously (which being so European influenced you would think would have been worse, but nope).
 
Genders reversed this would not have happened hell guys would probably pose for the camera and the little girl would have never been bothered for flying the drone.

I don't really see a point to filming at the beach with a drone unless it was to peep i suppose they would get good pictures of sunset or surfing but i dont think at 16 he was there for that.
And if i was the police i would have asked to revue the footage from the quadcopter to make sure none of her story was true...

However even if he was peeping it is not her job to assault him and do what she did that belonged to the police if she really wanted to spin the story her way she would have quietly called and asked for an officer to come when the officer came i would spin my story and let the guy get questioned if he had compromising footage then let him get arrested if he was innocent then the officer could still cite him for disturbing the peace and tell him to take the drone elsewhere...
