Not getting BA Credit for WUs?

I have a pair of 4P 24-core folders that I recently turned back on after being shut down for a few months (I relocated to a new state and had them in storage for a bit).

After turning them back on, I see that only one of the two is picking up BigAdv credit for BigAdv WUs. What gives?

(In this pics, both FAH3 and FAH4 have picked up BigAdv WUs, but FAH3 is going to get 244k credit for the P8103, but FAH4 is only going to get 22k for the P8101.)

FAH4 has a TPF of 45:33 It needs to be <34:30, even less than that depending on internet speeds, to get the bonus.

Did that change recently? I'd been collecting BA points on FAH4 for months previously and now I can't anymore?

edit: wierd. I rebooted the box to check something else and TPF dropped to 34:11. Huh.

dynamic load balancing may not have kicked in the first time.

Do you have the Kraken installed?

Sounds like a process was dragging your CPU down, good to know a reboot fixed it.

Well shit. My P8101 has dropped out of bonus points for the second time on this box, when in the six months prior I hadn't failed a single BA WU. Have deadlines been tightened up on BA WUs?

edit: I just installed the Kraken and hopefully it drops my TPF back below deadlines.

The only thing that has changed is the minimum core requirement, however 8101 has always been notorious for varying run times.

Hmm, not so fast (pardon the pun). While 8101s are 'slow,' compared to 8102, 3, and 4, at least with my systems, I have found that the run time variances, on a per-machine basis, don't differ much, but are fairly consistent. That observation is based on folding these units for over 18 months with 32 and 48-core rigs.

That's more likely the cause.
