Interplay's Sacrifice PC game on Steam at 50% off for 4.99 Warm?

Chilly. Game has lots of issues running in Windows 7+ and from what I recall, has a high resolution limit (maybe it's widescreen issues? I gave up trying a while ago)

I loved that game. I would buy it in a heartbeat ... if I didn't already own it on Steam.

But yes, there are a few issues you may have to deal with and it is a TOUGH learning curve. Story wise it is a real gem. Worth $5 IMHO.

i loved that game too. it was a very underrated game back in the day and didn't sell too well that i recall. but it was very unique for its time. i wish they would make a sequel.

Oh man. I still have my original copy. Such a good game! Makes me want to break it out and play it later! I think I actually preordered it (either that or I just bought it right at release).

Good game still have my original copy.. hmm might have to break this out. Think my son might like it .. remember this really pushing my system when it first came out.

I never liked the game; tohught it was kind of silly and gave up but maybe I didn't play long enough. Dont' remember it being particualrly difficult. I have a dvd somewhere (though don't know if it will work on windows 7 - last played on xp).

I really wish Shiny was still around. They made this and Messiah, both awesome games for their time.

Sacrifice was one of the first games to have deformable terrain in real time. I remember how amazing the graphics were when I first played it. I remember it having a great/humorous story and being fairly challenging in the later parts of the game.
