Hi [H],

I'm Looking for Samsung Galaxy S4 or Note 2, either Tmobile, AT&T or International versions to upgrade dad's old flip phone. Minor wear and tear is fine (8/10 condition). Box, accessories, and charger are very welcome additions.

Budget is $250 shipped to WA, and thanks for looking :)

Ah too bad. I have a used Note 2 that I want to sell in excellent condition 9/10 (screen is perfect) but it's Verizon.

Verizon Note 2 is unlocked and GSM compatible out of the box. You just have to add the carrier APN data to the phone to get HSPA (not sure about HSPA+) on T-Mobile or AT&T (I think, may want to look into that).
