Sessler checking out

Can someone point out to me where Sessler has ever ripped the industry on anything? I saw bits and pieces of his work on X-Play, but his Sessler's Somethings on Rev3 have him being an industry apologist almost every time.

Don't get me wrong, I like the guy I think his reviews are some of the best around and I really liked watching his Address The Sess videos... but I don't remember him ever really taking the gamer's side on many of the recent controversies in gaming.

Looking at that video - he has an earpiece (which can be disorienting) and that place is loud as hell. I think it's just driving him bonkers.
 
i always felt sorry for him.

just the weirdness of intellectually critiquing games that are obviously targeted at children. like if siskel and ebert reviewed individual episodes of sponge bob.

and this is the internet micro lense at its worst.

First of all, this gif is faster than actual speed. Both people's mannerisms look weird/unnatural, due to this.

Second, Adam has ALWAYS been somewhat awkwardly mannered. He's just one of those people. It's not his fault.

The games industry is not very big. Despite the rhetoric of great separation between companies that many people are lead to believe; it is an incredibly small feeling industry where everyone seems to know and have a story about everyone. I highly doubt that any of the few recognizable figures in American videogames could get away with regular illegal behavior for long, before it became basically public knowledge. Especially considering the way the internet has developed in the past 12 years.
