Yea, I call total BS on this one my friend...Even if your ambients were in the low teens, you would still hit 40C with that cpu fully loaded..I have 10X the cooling capacity as you do in my loop and I can't keep my temperatures below ~60C on my 3770K @ 5Ghz (a quad core vs your HEXcore)..

I'd love to be proven wrong, but I don't see that happening with a $100 CLC on a heavily o/c'd Ivy Hexcore.:rolleyes:

I'm inclined to agree with you, but keep in mind the solder vs paste factor. Although I still don't think solder would afford those kind of load temps. Likely a hardware monitor reporting problem.
