Enough is enough -- after 20+ years of failing to do so, I'm twisting my own arm to finally get a functional, recurring backup strategy implemented. So for the non-professional/business home userbase out there --
What's your backup strategy?
Things like,
Methodology:
Imaging? File/folder backup? Incremental/cumulative/full backup?
Software:
Acronis? Macrium? Paragon?
Medium:
Cloud? DVD/Bluray? Tape? Separate hard drives?
Interval:
Periodic? Recurring? One-off? Automated/manual?
...and any other particulars on your backup process and how you go about it would be much appreciated.
As for me (up until now):
Methodology:
Crossed-fingers
Software:
Crossed-fingers
Medium:
Crossed-fingers
Interval:
Bi-yearly "Let's worry about this some other time"
