No. There may be a workaround but gpu and memory needs to be the same to do it through nvidia driver

From what I understood, you can SLI but the minimum properties of the cards will be applied across the board.

That's what people keep saying and i think it was true back in the days, but if you search on google you will find that people tried it and it won't work
