I have a 100mV undervolted 2500k and a undervolted 7950 with good Asic (starting voltage according MSI AB is 993mV).
Now could I run these things from a 120mm 45mm thick radiator?

Not sure yet how much the 7950 can undervolt, my guess is 900-950mV vcore @ 810core/1250memory.

I guess a MAX core tempererature of 60c should be OK?

You'd probably need some screaming fans on the rad, and even then I'd honestly be surprised if it were enough. Biggest factor would probably be how long and often the components would be under load and ambient temp.

You could try a dual AIO cooler solution.

Such a Kuhler 620 for the CPU and another Kuhler 620 + Kraken G10 bracket for your video card.

You'd be better-off with high-end air cooling.

Idk, the dual gpu 7970x2 card by asus runs a 120mm rad, I'm sure if he kept his clocks close to stock and ran push pull with some really good fans he could still get better temps than an air setup

Id try it, if temps aren't to your liking you could easily add another rad

IMHO no way. A single 140mm with proper high pressure fans would be much more successful.

Looking at a 670 and 2500k awhile back I realized I'd need a 180mm radiator to keep my water:air delta around 10c (aka water 10c above air temp).

The alphacool monsta (80mm thick) rads offer the best cooling in a given space, if you have the open space for them.

You'll probably be alright. I wouldn't expect amazing temps but there was a guy on here running a monsta 120 with a couple of Corsair fans in push/pull with a 3570k and gtx670.

Thanks, I just reached a stable overclock on the cpu and gpu that I'm really happy with and the temps are still very reasonable considering my loop setup.

3570k @ 4.1GHz @ -0.100 V offset ~1.160V
GTX 670 @ 1250MHz, 3150MHz @ 1.175V

Playing BF3 CPU sticks around 65C and GPU around 55C, and everything is almost dead silent - I couldn't be happier.
