I have posted some info on this in the past on my previous builds. Recently I have finally perfected my 55 inch TV Nvidia Surround gaming build and I thought I would post some info and tips about it. Maybe even a picture.
1 - Make sure you pick out a low latency TVs. I found a wonderful resource for this on the net.
http://www.displaylag.com/ - I went with 3 Toshiba 55 inch TVs 2012 model I got used on Amazon for around 750 to 850 dollars a peice. http://www.toshiba.com/us/tv/3d/55l6200u
2 - Make sure all 3 TVs are the same Brand and Model - Very important! This will cause you a lot of headaches and sync issues if there not.
3 - Plan out how much horse power you want and need for the games you want to play. 3 TVs or Monitors take quite a bit more GPU power at 5760 x 1080 than just 1 at 1920 x 1080.
4. Windows 7 and Windows 8 still do not properly handle Multiple monitors the best. You might want to look into some software to help you manage your multiple display windows. Personally I am using Display Fusion.
Hope this helps anyone who is looking forward to this for themselves. I have updated the specs of my build in my Signature.
