Any non-webbased installable remote Exchange user management tools?

Greetings,

I am wondering if anyone knows of a good tool for remotely managing Exchange user accounts as an alternative to the web-based administration console /ecp, like an mmc snap-in (ex. printmanagement.msc) or something that could be installed, that could be used to check and modify quotas, set delivery options such as forwarding, etcetera.

You can install the Exchange Management Tools on a remote machine that is running Windows 7, Vista, Server 2008.

FYI exchange 2k13 is all web or all powreshell now. EMC is gone.

Just don't use Internet Explorer cause it crashes on ECP use Firefox or Chrome.

We have been running Exch2013 for months now, and I have not once had ECP crash in IE. I've left it open on the server for days/weeks and it has never crashed...
