The crew at techPowerUP! have mixed feelings about the BitFenix Shadow mid-tower case they just reviewed. Hit the link to get the lowdown on what they did and didn't like.

The market for €65 cases is huge, and there are a ton of options out there, which makes it hard to recommend the Shadow for anything else but its LED looks. There are, in other words, loads of options that are built better, feature better tool-less mechanisms, proper water-cooling support, and better cable management, but none of those have the LED strip in the front.

The front cover looks nice. Otherwise I'm happy with a ThermalTake V3 black at $25.

I have always thought highly of most BixFenix products.. have enjoyed my Raider for nearly two years now.. got it at US.NCIX for $60 with FS. This continues their releasing of nice looking, very functional, good value for the buck cases. Newegg, Amazon and US.NCIX all have it available to purchase.

Bitfenix cases tend to prioritize features and style over build quality and air flow, but if you want something understated that is easy to work with and don't need a ton of cooling most of them work very well.

I'd compare them to Fractal Design as they're both relatively new entrants pushing interesting minimalist enclosures. I'm glad for both of them too, as they've pushed some of the more established vendors to improve their feature-sets as well.
