I have the nexus 7 2013 now. But keep looking at the nexus 10. Is it still a great tablet? Handles all games etc? Or is it too old to consider?

It's probably too old to consider now. I expect they will release a newer version in the near future...

If playing "high end" games is your primary concern then you should not consider the Nexus 10 since the hardware is not as powerful as current gen tablets. Otherwise the Nexus 10 is still a capable tablet. I have the 2012 Nexus 7 and I will likely keep it until the end of 2014 / beginning of 2015 at which point I will start looking for 8" Windows 8 tablets based on Intel's Willow Trail generation Atom. Perhaps a 2014 Dell Venue 8.

I was looking at the nexus 10 cause I want close to 300 ppi as possible and 10" but don't want to buy one and see a new version come out. i wish the 2nd version would come out already. I'm kinda lost on what to buy. I want a high ppi and will mainly be doing web browsing on a desk. I keep about 30 tabs open usually.

Isn't it amazing how the Nexus 10 2 is still in limbo?
