Everyone is entitled to their own choice of favorite movies, but you are probably one of the few people alive who thinks Dracula - Dead and Loving It is Mel Brooks best movie. Most people think the opposite according to the popular movie review websites, and that likely is why it was not included.

If it had The Producers I would hop on this.
