You're better off with a H87 North Bridge if you're not over clocking. The Corsair VS450 or CX500 should be fine for the power supply. Are you ordering only from that store you linked above?

You're running Windows XP? You won't be able to use more than 4 GB. To use more than 4 GB you'll need to buy a license for Windows 7 x64 or Windows 8 x64.

I'll also note that XP is end-of-life next year.

Yes . Because In Bangladesh i do not have much choice. I buy os win7 later. Now I pick hardware. Please help me.

Do you really need the i7-4770 for your programming needs? It will eat a large amount of your budget, and you may not be able to buy everything you want in addition to that processor. For example:

BDT 18,500 - Intel Core i5-4570
BDT 8,000 - MSI B85-G41 PC MATE
BDT 15,500 - Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB DDR3 1600 RAM
BDT 7,000 - Corsair CX500 500 watt power supply
BDT 9,000 - Corsair 300R Windowed ATX mid-tower case
=====
BDT 50,800 - Total (in Bangladeshi Taka, or BDT per Google/Wikipedia)

(Did I miss anything else that you need to buy?)

The i7-4770 costs nearly 10,000 taka more than the i5-4570. You could, for argument's sake, switch the Corsair case and power supply out for one of the much cheaper Cheval case/PSU bundles, but I don't know enough about the power supplies that Cheval uses to recommend them. (And before some wiseguy posts #FIRSTWORLDPROBLEMS, please understand that the majority of cheap power supplies are so bad quality-wise that they can take down and destroy your entire system without warning.) That, and I don't believe that it's worth buying two power supplies only to throw one of them out right away.

Besides Adobe, where the majority of its programs benefit more from the video card (through GPU acceleration) than the processor, do any of your programs use Hyper Threading? Without that, the i7-4770 is only 200MHz faster than the i5-4570, but that alone isn't worth the added price.

@tiraides thanks. This is major upgrade in last 5 years and I do not need upgrade my pc next 4 years, Except gpu. So I wish to go with i7-4770. suggest me a good power supply and casing for i7. I can add some money.

The Corsair 300R is a good case. Keep it.

I recommend this power supply over the Corsair CX500, assuming you can afford it:

BDT 13,500 - Corsair TX750 750 watt power supply

If the TX750 is too expensive, settle for the CX600. It's only 1,000 taka more than the CX500.

Thanks. Now is this ok or need few modification?

Intel Core i7-4770
MSI B85-G41 PC MATE
Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB DDR3 1600 RAM
Corsair TX750 750
Corsair 300R Windowed ATX mid-tower case
