I didn't know they were still working on the franchise - I thought it had finished with CnC4 which I recall being panned though I never played it.

Oh well, I hope someone will pick up the IP and produce the really good RTS for which we've been waiting.

No doubt. I lost MANY hours of sleep playing the original C&C and Red Alert over dial-up with a buddy of mine.

+1 for 24hr modem game marathons tying up the lines. I was sad to see that gone in Tiberian Sun as I lived in an area with no broadband. Actually they still don't have broadband and I moved away three years ago because of it.
