Apple Sued Over iPhone iOS7 Upgrade

As for the Nexus, I just dislike Googles' choice on storage/memory. Otherwise they would be my phone of choice.
Meh. Carrying around my whole music library (or really any huge amount of data) is something I got over a long time ago. I've got so much entertainment packed into 32GB (well, I've got about 2GB free) that I never feel at a loss between WiFi connections where I can download/stream something big, and some occasional file juggling isn't a terrible burden.

Don't get me wrong. A MicroSD slot added to my Nexus 7 would be fantastic and, yeah, I'd at least triple my available memory with a card just because, but the tablet works great for me without it. At this point, I find 32GB just right.

iOS7 has been a pain in my side since release. Friends, family and clients have been calling me to provide a solution to the iOS7 debacle; many want me to provide the service free. Since Apple disabled rollback to iOS6 there isn't much I can do and my ear has been chewed-off from all the unhappy people.

Dear Apple: Perform a good deal of research prior to rolling out 'new' interfaces. One size does not fit all.

I actually hope the guy wins. Apple and other companies implementing some DRM scheme to prevent you running software of your own choice on your own device is complete bullshit.

They should allow you to upgrade or downgrade or whatever to any version that is technically compatible with your phone.

Heh... I upgraded my iPhone 4S to IOS7 and ended up selling it a few weeks later. It turned a perfectly good phone into a slow pile of crap. I left my iPad 3 with IOS6 and have no desire to upgrade (ruin) it.
