Hello everyone.

I got 240GB Intel 520 series ssd. Before installing windows I turned the AHCI mode and started to installing.(before installing all I have done is that) after that I made some settings for ssd as you know.checking trim, closing defrag and prefetch etc.

and then I run the as-ssd.but I think the score is too low for this ssd.I also try the atto.It seems logical compared to as-ssd.

System:

M5A97 EVO R2.0
FX-6300
G.Skill Ares 16GB 1333 CL9
GTX 660 ti
WD Caviar Green 3TB [configred GPT format]
Seasonic X-750

For amd system many people say that windows driver is greater than amd driver.so that's why I didn't install amd driver.

What should I do? Should I install my mb sata/ahci driver or whatelse?

Btw, if I install amd driver. do i need to format the system again or i can continue?

Thanks.

That SSD uses a Sandforce controller which is designed to compress files to speed up transfers and limit write amplification. AS-SSD uses uncompressed data while ATTO uses easily compressible data which is why you see the large difference. Both scores look fairly normal for the data types being used. As for what driver to use, on my AMD system I see no difference. If you do decide to install the AMD driver, you do not need to reformat, just install the latest AMD on top of your current.
