Amazon Customer Service?

Oh no, it fits you well.......and besides, what does it matter what I think, you're the one who has to wear it..:D

Why thank you, I am sure you meant that as an insult but

"I've got all my life to live, I've got all my love to give
And I'll survive, I will survive, hey, hey"

;)

Okay, please just don't give your donations to the mustard and ketchup crew if your membership changes. :p

Yeah, I don't think my membership or my diploma will be changing colors any time soon. Couldn't participate at the UCLA Softball Golf tourney on Monday, but contributed anyhow. It's actually a great event, you should check it out.

Late to the party, but welcome. As suggested earlier, you can try the hashtag route, be original on your own, or just piss off Kyle in some way. All of those will lead to a "custom" title for you. Jump right aboard. Genmay might be the first place to try it.

No, that won't work because that is a legit complaint, whereas OP's complaint is not. You need to bitch about something that you feel you're entitled to because you're special in some way. ;)

Winning either way.

So is Amazon... they arent gonna miss one person's sales no matter how much you or I buy from them. Sad perhaps, but true.

They've replaced things UPS lost at Christmas time.. and had one item overnighted at their expense for Christmas Eve delivery... they've got my business for life as far as I'm concerned, even if I do pay more now and then.

Too be honestly if they gave him a gift card what would they lose? Nothing because that means he actually has to purchase another item from them to use the gift card. Now add the Prime membership in on top of that. Amazon is winning all the way around.

until next time he throws a temper tantrum, knowing he can get something for nothing, then next time, then another time, then one more just cause...

Hardly, I still get my drive cheaper, get a free game's worth actually, and Amazon still gets a used drive back that they have to re-stock. Could have been avoided by them, makes no difference to me. Just

A. you whored yourself out for a few bucks because you were unwilling to accept Amazon's clearly stated policy that they don't pricematch, despite the otherwise excellent service Amazon has likely provided you over the years,

B. you got pissy because Amazon chose not to treat you like a spoiled princess and came here to complain, and

C. you just earned yourself a custom title.

Now that's what I call integrity!

And my sympathy to every Amazon CS rep who has to deal with brats like you every day.

Amazon has the best customer service out there. They applied a $20 gift card to my account when I contacted them to say that I did not receive their $20 off your next purchase over $200 promotion code last year. Which I used to purchase an MSI 660TI. Maybe I just got lucky on that one.

A few years back I got a vacuum that came with a broken canister handle. The manufacturer didn't have any, and Amazon couldn't exchange it. So Amazon gave me a $40 credit even though it wasn't their fault. The vacuum still works fine, so I'm happy.

The only problem I've had with Amazon is that their packing can be atrocious. Maybe that's why I keep getting those leave packing feedback emails. My last motherboard purchase had one plastic bubble in the box and it had popped. The motherboard had been knocked around so much in the loose box that the LGA cover had come off. The clips from the cover fell into the socket and bent a few of the pins. I was able to bend them back and get the motherboard working.

Amazon's product selection, pricing, delivery time, return policy, etc make them exceptional and 99% of their customer's are satisfied with their encounters. The OP is among the 1% who Amazon is probably happy to have shop elsewhere.

pics or shens.

You already published a review for the Asus 770, and you have Titans in your main. So there's no reason for you to buy another 770.

So I call shens here. :D

I just RMA'd my camera because I saw one kinda like it somewhere else that was $20 cheaper. Pictures soon.

Kudos, great imitation of my "tone of voice" and my chat manners. This is what makes you a leader among men I say. /golfclap

Thank you, remember to tip your admins and moderators.

What happened to my post? Trying to fit in with the rest of all you forum posting jockeys. BOO!

The Devil has "Amazon.com" tattooed on his left forearm.. That is how good Amazon customer service is.

Every time Amazon blows me away with some kind of crazy customer satisfaction resolution I feel like I just did some kind of a deal with the Devil.

Last month they sent me 3 Gigabyte Z87X-UD3H mother boards by accident and I complained about it and they let me keep them for free.

Needless to say they have got my business for life right now.

LOL, considering the illegal activity that is tolerated (Nvidia/AMD keys being sold etc) dude "stealing a multitude of boards from Amazon and then posting bragging about it on here. My LEGAL RMA and return to Amazon, and then purchase drive from TD might be ok. Thanks I am sure the "authorities" will be taking your brilliant commentary to heart.

Dang apparently I am missing out on the good threads. I want to see where someone robbed amazon. With the addition of the heinous crime of reselling nvidia/amd codes we have a regular old black market here, who woulda thunk it.

You're not getting the point. I don't think anyone here has a problem with you returning equipment to a store because you found it (or something similar) for less at another store. What people have been laughing about is your attitude towards the whole process, including your attempts to game Amazon's liberal and generous return policies, and then coming here to whine about their customer service when they chose not to give in to your little extortion scheme. All for a few dollars, and likely despite the excellent support you have received from them over the years.

If we look at this from a business perspective then Amazon was in the wrong as they made a loss.
