have any more pictures from a different angle?Love the case. All metal, curved edges, even looks good from the back.
(2)6850, 2500k @4600, Zalman LQ-315 cooler (Thermaltake Water 2.0 Pro, Antec 920).
If anyone's interested it's $90 AR, promo LV354B.
I notice the top can support 2 different sizes of fans. 140mm and what is the other?
Awesome, I have a bunch of good 120mm fans.120mm. It comes with a 140mm however.
@ cmadki4- Have you seen this guy's build? Phobya 200mm rad in the front and 120 rad in the back. Should be able to cool the components adequately. Only thing is no room for drives.
Thanks for the good wishes! I will use them for my RMA with MSI. Unlike the reviewer on newegg who posted about 1 front usb not working and getting no response from LL via email, LL actually sent me a free replacement panel!... much to my surprise, let me tell you. After reading the reviewer getting no response from LL, I had not even checked the email for about a week and came home one day to the replacement panel being at my door. I question LL mailing something without a confirmation email from me (the address I put in when submitting a tech support request could've been fake etc), but that's on them should the situation arise I guess.Bottom port flaked out on my once, but i think it was an OS issue. Both working great though.
Definitely power-down and re-check all your cabling. I hope it's something easy to fix.
I have one mounted in the front with no issues.
Did you read all the thread? My post here.Is anyone using a Noctua cooler with this case? I am interested in Noctua coolers, but would like to hear if anyone tried one first.
The thread is big!Did you read all the thread? My post here.
So what happened, did you try any Noctua cooler?Hey guys, great thread. I saw this in the summer, it convinced me to go SFF, and now I love the case (even though it's a pain to work in). This was my first build and I would deem it a success (it's listed in my sig).
Even though I love it, I have a dilemma. I'm using an H60 mounted in the front, and I don't like the result. Temps are ok at stock, but I want to go to an air cooler. I've been thinking of these two:
Noctua NH-U9B SE2 92mm SSO CPU Cooler
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608016
Noctua NH-C14 140mm x 2 SSO CPU Cooler
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608020
Does anybody have any experience with either of these two coolers? Anybody have any other suggestions? I'm open to any air cooler, but keep in mind that I want to overclock at least a little bit. Motherboard and PSU in sig.
Update:
So I was in a bit of a time crunch, so I figured I would take a chance and order the NH-C14. If anyone is interested, I'll post some updates when I get the cooler (for Christmas!!!).
