Official Steam Trading Cards Exhange Thread

I have 2 Tomb Raider cards from Steam Summer Sales, I need the other cards from it.

To be fair, we all fall for some manipulation one way or another. I guess the key is if you enjoy being puppeteered, which Steam does very well.

Honestly, from a game developer standpoint, I'd prefer the holiday sale of a few years ago which had people actually have to play games to get achievements. At least then games which normally wouldn't get a minute of playtime are introduced to a new audience, if only for a few minutes. Actually, there were quite a few games I really ended up enjoying because of that. With trading cards on only a few games, and many of them coming through purchases, the smaller titles are only going to be ignored.
 
Got a spare Kerbal card, will trade for Bioshock, Skyrim, Chivalry or Football Manager.

Prices have collapsed for these series so might as well trade instead of selling.
 
I have a Football Manager 2013 card that I would trade for just about anything. Will consider something from Borderlands 2, Bioshock Infinite.

you guys think is a good idea to load up on the summer seal trading cards now? I'm guessing Valve will stop handing them out once the summer seal is over, they should sky rocket in value :p

I got you one better, I have 8 cards total now and 7 of them were Bioshocks. Luckily I was able to trade them all so no I have 8 different cards

One thing to take into consideration, there are multiple levels for the Steam Summer Sale, so if you're going after the badges, make sure to keep a copy of cards.

There are several different badges (and backgrounds/emoticons/etc.) for the level of the Steam Summer Sale. Once you craft the first badge, you'll need to recollect all of the cards again for the next level.

Good luck with that shit, lol. Unless you are spending a ton of money on the sale I can't ever see that being worthwhile.

Then why would you want to keep copies of the cards?

Ok, got the last three cards for the badge. There aren't different cards. You just collect another set of the same ones to craft another badge.
