Well my Radeon HD 5770 is being a shit head and I am looking to replace it. (HDMI being a flakey guy and I cannot for the life of me get it stable.) I do not care if ATi or Nvidia. Bad thing is my price point is low because well not a lot of money... 125 roughly is what I can do max. I am looking now at GTX650's. I am leaning away from ATI because of all these issues I am having but.. I don't know yet.. Toss stuff at me please. Looking for same or better performance.

Techreport recommends Gigabyte GeForce GTX 650 Ti
Our chosen GTX 650 Ti model hails from Gigabyte. It runs a fair bit quicker than Nvidia's reference design (1032MHz, up from 928MHz), and it has a humongous fan that should keep noise levels nice and low under load. (Remember, the bigger the fan, the lower the rotational speed required to pump a given volume of air per minute.)

If you have not made a decision yet, I would say the the 650ti is a little slower than the 560ti, which if you don't mind getting used in say the trade/sell forms you should be able to get around the $70 shipped range. Also in the same performance range would be the 6850 from AMD. As far as new if you look on slickdeals or techbargains there have been a ton of 7850 for 130 ish deals with some free games if you want to step it up a bit. Or if you want a 650 non ti it looks like these are about 70AR

I hope this helps out

I was leaning away from ATI because after testing and other people looking they seem to think drivers is what is causing my Radeon 5770 to not work with the HDMI. I know you can have one in a thousand be bad but I just rather not risk it again. Also I would not be against used. When I get paid I will take a look.
