Who to contact when Corsair rebates go wrong?

I recently bought a Corsair PSU and submitted the rebate that was offered with it. I got an email update today with my tracking #. When I checked the status of my rebate, it stated it was invalid as I didn't enclose a receipt. I know for a fact I enclosed the full, printed receipt for the product as provided to me directly by Microcenter. Does anyone know who I can contact about this? I'd hate to stop buying Corsair products just because some underpaid jerk working for a rebate clearing house doesn't recognize the 14 inches of paper enclosed with the rebate forms as a receipt.

Managed to get this worked out very easily over the phone. Was worried it would be a headache but took less than a day to resolve.

Maybe next time you'll try to get things worked out BEFORE ranting on the forums. ;-)

If you thought that was a rant, I would have loved to have seen you endure AIT under my command :p I only posted on the forums about it when the rebate processor themselves started giving me a runaround. Within 30 minutes of posting here, it obviously got someone's attention because I was contacted by someone from Corsair who had the issue resolved almost instantly.

The Manufactures do get involved because they want a great relationship with their customers and MANY of them DO read the [H]ardForum. Happy you received the appropriate attention; it was not wrong of you to write what you did in your situation. I know that IF and WHEN I spend the money for my next Corsair 1200i PSU that I will want to ensure that it does not get messed up in any way, shape, or function. Nice to have the problem resolved...VERY nice to have the Forum to aid us in the many ways that it might.

Oh... I know a good rebate rant. ;) I used to work for Ultra back when Systemax and all of their divisions had all of their rebates done through their OnRebate division. GOD that was a nightmare.

The Corsair support forums is a good place to check out. They are usually pretty quick to reply to issues.
