WTT: Nexus 4 and Kindle Fire HD

Got two items I'd like to trade:

1) A Kindle Fire HD 7 (flashed with better Rom but can reload with stock) still in box with Zagg Protector and smart case
2) Google Nexus 4 16GB GSM Phone never activated with case, zagg protector, and original box.
