3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

This is the list I have so far:

Case: Corsair Obsidian 550D
Power Suppy: Corsair CX500M 500W
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD4H
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LP 16GB (2 x 8GB) CML16GX3M2A1600C10
SSD: Samsung 840 Series 250GB
Hard Drive: Western Digital Blue 1TB
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB
Sound Card: ASUS Xonar Essence STX
DVDRW: Liteon 24X Burner
Cooler: Corsair H90

Total: $1834 (inc. tax and shipping)

Games i'll be playing: Battlefield 3 and TF2 (for now).

Couple things:
1. Is 500W enough?
2. Should I move to a 3GB video card?

Thanks!

Three to six months is too long of a time frame, especially with Haswell (the "mainstream" replacement for Sandy/Ivy Bridge) coming around the corner.

When will you start buying everything? Do you have enough money to buy everything you need in one fell swoop?

Which stores do you plan on buying from?

I'm in the process of saving up for it, which is why my time frame is 3 to 6 months.

Do you know when the new CPU's are rolling out? If its soon, I guess it may be in my best interest to wait it out. I plan on purchasing the components from NewEgg.ca

Haswell is expected to arrive this summer -- in other words, right within your three-to-six-month window.

Let's revisit this thread after Haswell arrive and you're ready to start ordering. (Other) new items could arrive and prices can fluctuate (oftentimes daily) during the time that you're saving money for this system.
