I'm running at 1900x1200 with all options on ultra. Msi afterburner reports my framerste is basically locked at 60 fps, but mouse movement is incredibly jittery. Running in a straight direction is totally smooth, but moving the mouse creates nausea-inducing stutter.

Ive tried with vsync on and off.

I just updated to the latest whql drivers. Any other ideas?

Try lowering texture detail to high instead of ultra, see if that fixes it.

Since it's a fairly new game, maybe some kinks need to be addressed in future driver releases?

Play around with "Maximum pre-rendered frames" setting in nVidia control panel. That's how I dealt with BF3 stuttering.

I see the same thing on my 480 sli setup. Decided not to play it until they fix it. Now I know how it feels to be a Radeon gamer. (Covers from the Radeon. Customers.)

Thanks for the tip. Apparently that setting doesn't apply to SLI

on my 680 SLI at 1440p, I see stuttering for texture reloads, already maxing out 2gb vmem.

If you have a "gaming mouse" try reducing the polling rate to 125hz if it has software, I've seen some weird movement issues come out of the 1000hz mice (my Mionix Naos 5000 was really bad for this).

Same.

OP try lowering your texture quality. Make sure you aren't maxing out your VRAM.

Brutal. I just picked this game up and have a similar setup. Now I need 4GB cards for this shit!!
It's not that bad. The game runs great, just some hitching here and there when the textures load. It's not as distracting as it sounds.

don't have the same issue as me. My issue isn't a texture loading issue, it's a mouse movement issue. It seriously makes me nauseous.

I had to turn off mouse acceleration it was so fast I turned around 3 times in a minor flick of the wrist.

Using 4GB cards hasn't helped me. The game still chugs/stutters at points.

This game seems to have vram issues, although I'm no expert. I see the usage go up to 2200mb then back down to 1800mb rather quickly. That seems like quite a lot given the game/engine and comparing it to others.
