And probably if they are not OEM licenses. It seems like they might be selling copies that are branded.

That guy is pretty well respected on AVSforum for his HTPC advice. However - - - I'm with the others here - if your OS is "branded" IE (dell or HP) then the OEM license is likely illegitimate for alternate PC use. OEM licenses are supposed to be tied to the original equipment.
