Anyone else having issues with the mobile theme? Mines all inverted colour wise.
 
Was about to ask about that. What's going on?

it is a Feature to make H Mobile less readable in sunlight.
 
I'm not a fan of the new mobile site theme.

Yellow text is not so great to read... and what's up with the border around the edge of the screen?
 
It's doing it again. It looks horrible and I can't read half the text.
 
I think on mobile the standard theme as opposed to the H theme works better. But I can live with the H theme if some tweaks are made.

1) Quotations currently have a jarring yellowish orange background color. This should be a different shade of gray.

2) The global forum stickies have poor text color choices and also take up an excessive amount of space. I don't remember them taken up an entire screen before.

3) Normal stickies have a bad background color, similar to quotations.

Overall the current theme is close to H, but some of the colors are just off and make for a worse overall mobile experience.
 
I like the white/light blue/black theme we had going, that one was very readable and worked great.

New theme looks superweird on my iPhone. (no iphone jokes!)

I agree with fail, the old theme was much more readable than the current form of this theme.
 
I like the dark background, new theme is a big win for me. (on stock Android browser for reference)

Suggestions :

- no black writing on dark gray background.

- subdue quoted text a bit, looks too bright now.

-(might be of topic, but since we are tinkering with the UI) a way to add ignored names on mobile (unless it's there already and I just don't see it)

Please give us the option of using the old white/light blue/black theme. A darker theme could be a 3rd option in the drop-down.
 
Agreed. Why not just make it a third option and make everyone happy?

Yep, it went from Generic Mobile, to [H] on Crack Mobile, just need to tone down the terrible colors in a few places to fix it up and turn it into true [H] Mobile theme.

What I mentioned above:

  • Quotation Background Color to Grey
  • Sticky Background Color shouldn't be yellow
  • Global Sticky text to white (from black, it is unreadable)
  • General forum post text needs to be white or light grey just like the regular forums. The current yellow makes the site far too yellow. Only user names and heading text and such should be the yellow color, not post body text.

There isn't we just have to wait until they do something to fix the colors. Might be awhile, or never for that matter, this might be the desired color scheme.
 
I hate the white version. I hope they bring back the version that looks like the desktop version.
 
White version was better for browsing at work, didn't look like you were on a non-work related site from 50 feet across the room lol
