Just curious if anyone knows about or has had issues with WHS eating drives. I have lost 2 drives in my WHS 2011 box now in the last 7 months. Both have been Western Digital Green drives. I think I might order up another brand or type instead of putting the RMA back in. Only have backup running on 3 computers with less than a gig of changes per day.

WHS for sure has a load of problems and will have as it was discontinued.

I've got a WHS original version box running 24/7 and has been for as long as it's been out. Never upgraded to 2011 because they took out drive pool. Made it worthless to me. Anyway, no problems with drive failure. In fact, this box, an Intel SE4200, has been 100% reliable and flawless with the original WHS.
