Windows 7 speed suddenly dropped..

Not sure what is going on but my Windows 7 network speed is horrible suddenly... I've done virus scans, that isn't it. I know this is a vague question but I have *no* idea what this is related to.

My speed on any other computer in the house is 35 up 35 down with 9 ping. My Windows system is .5 up, 2 down, and 100ms ping.

Suggestions on what to try?

See if your hard disk is error free, et crystal diskinfo and retrieve smart values.

Check for any recent drivers updates to the NIC and rollback the driver if applicable.
