First time with WC on new build

I've been using everything but WC for all my old builds. Well Technically. I had that ULTRA TEC cooler once it burned out, and I'm currently using a corsair h70 with my current i7 920. I finally had the budget and bought new parts currently in transit. I'm going to be buying the water cooling next and then put it all together slowly.

I'll list my main parts to make it easier to see what I'm doing

PC Parts:
NZXT Phantom - Case
GIGABYTE G1 ASSASSIN2 X79 - Mobo
i7-3960X Extreme Edition Sandy Bridge-E 6-core - CPU
EVGA signature GTX690 - GPU

This is what I'm looking at so far for WC parts
Swiftech MCP655 Variable Speed - Pump
XSPC Dual 5.25" Bay Clear - Reservoir
EVGA GeForce GTX 690 Hydro Copper Waterblock with backplate - GPU block
XSPC RayStorm High Performance Acetal Secial Edition Copper - CPU block

I'm curious if a dual 200mm Radiator will fit in the top of the case with 4 NZXT 200mm fans in push pull.
All WC parts are G1/4

Looking for recommendations on the WC parts list, fan controller, tubing/sizes, and or anything else you guys can help me with. Thanks a ton!

I would say based off the pic shown below that your not gonna be able to stack four 200mm fans and 200mm rad on the together without doing some modding to the 5.25 drive bays...would probably run into issues with ram being in the way as well. You migth be able to get away with just two 200mm fans and the 200mm rad (depending on its depth) but you'll still have to mod the drive bay.

That looks like a dual 120mm rad. I guess I'll have to do some measurements and get diameters for everything going in.

I know they make ultra thin rads I just don't know how good/bad they are.

I was looking at the Phobya Xtreme 400mm Radiator for the top but I guess now I will second guess. I'm also thinking of utilizing the tubing ports on the case to maybe mount a second radiator out the back side.

EDIT: There is no way 16 inches worth of space can be squeezed out. I'll have to go with a smaller radiator. Perhaps I'll do a push pull radiator outside in the back of the case and a smaller dual radiator up top with 2 200mm fans blowing down on it.

Ya, I'm aware that's a 120 in the picture, I was using that as a reference for the amount of space you'd have to work with, especially when trying to scale up to 200mm sizes. if you look at the far right side of the image you'll notice that the factory fan appears to be partially covered up by the case's 5.25 drive bay supports. Though looking at it again myself, I hadn't noticed myself that there is a decent amount of space between the two fans so it may be possible to mount one up there.

The case arrived today but looking inside the measurements won't fit a 200mm rad. Not even ultra thin would fit in there. so I'll have to go with a 140 and instead of strapping fans directly on it just have 2 200mm blowing straight down ontop of it.

So I was looking around a bit more online. Anyone have any info on the Swiftech Apogee Drive II Pump & CPU Waterblock Combo? I am debating adding this in as a second pump and replacing the waterblock I have chosen above. In all honesty I'd really love some input on parts selection for WC.

EDIT: I'm also looking at 1/2o 3/4i tubing. Thoughts?
