Feeling nostalgic right now after reading about some old games. Thought it was funny I can still remember "old" codes. Without Googling, see what codes you can remember. Trying to remember Contra and the Lion King from SNES.. I do remember

The Sims - Rosebud, then !;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!; forever.

There was a cheat for Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance on GameCube that had you push both triggers, hold analog stick up, press the A and maybe B button AND press Start. You ran out of fingers so you had to push it with your nose lol.

Going way back here... On my Atari 2600 if you short circuit the power switch on certain games, it would give either undesirable effects or allow you to cheat a little. (pull the switch halfway between on and off)

One game it actually was a cheat. Pitfall II – The lost caverns - if you used this glitch, it would place you in a room right next to crazy cat, scaredy cat or physco cat, I forget his name… all you had to do was walk left and you beat the game. The game was kind of impossible for me otherwise at that age.

I remember using the insta-build cheat in Age of Empires 2 ( I think it was "Aegis" ) against computer opponents. I also remember that if I left it on the computer got it too and would CRUSH me haha. So I'd start a castle, then toggle it on and off really fast :D

Ninja Turtles II for NES.

This code is for 9 lives and stage select.

B A B A up down B A left right B A select start for 2 players
B A B A up down B A left right B A start for 1 player

That's the only one I remember. I used to have it carved into a fence board at my old house!

Edit: Also remember a few from Warcraft 2 I believe it was. There was it is a good day to die, hatchet, spycob (or valdez worked too i think), every littel thing she does, deck me out

A B A C A B B - Sega Genesis Mortal Kombat blood code
"glittering prizes" - Warcraft 2

noclip ;)
lambert I believe was an early HL/CS "cheat" in which player models glowed.

cheat codes were cool until i figured out how trainers worked. :D

oh, and "weakness pays" anybody?

"all your base are belong to us" - Age of Empires 2, 100k all resources
"How do you turn this on"

"TSYBNS"

Only one that comes to mind is Belmont for one of the castlevania games.

mike tyson?

Yup, that was the Tyson code from Punch Out. Considering how many times I fought that match, I don't think I'll ever forget it. I probably fought Tyson 200-300 times and only won maybe 5.

Contra is Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, Start
This is for 30 lives i think.

down, y, down, down, y at the title screen in snes donkey kong to get more bannans
