[H]ardOCP & ASUS GeForce GTX 660Ti DirectCU II Giveaway

The upgrade I would get to DX11 would be fun as well as the PhysX support over the 260 that I'm running with now. I also know for a fact that the 660 would be quieter and, ironically lower power consumption.

ASUS build quality, Better than stock cooling with greater cooling at less noise, Consumes less power and is way newer than my current card.

It will offer great cooling and video performance whether I am gaming or folding.

It's better than my old 5850 in every way.

Asus makes the best componets.

It would make a fitting replacement for my 5850. Especially if I want to program games in DirectX 11 and take advantage of the power that only Nvidia can provide me.

Even with all the graphics options enabled, good enough frame rates that even Chuck Norris would approve of them.

It would be a great replacement for the awful 5770 in my HTPC, for which it would be a great fit due to it's low power consumption, noise, and plenty of power. Plus being able to actually game at 1080p would be nice.

The improved power design increase efficiency and overclock, while the improved cooling will also yield higher clock speeds, and less aggravation due to fan noise (as in my 6970 running at 100%, which I never do due to noise)

Would be faster then my current 560 card and run cooler. Plus it would be an Asus card instead of the evga card I have now and would better match my Asus mobo :)

The benefit of this card over my current GTX 460 are twofold:

1) This card, per the www.hardocp.com review has a 100% performance increase. That's DOUBLE the performance in only two generations. That's amazing.

2) Reduced power consumption? Yeah, that's right, this card will make me more green, and will save me money on my electricity bill. I'm certainly alright with that. Less money on electricity means more money for games!

Direct CU thermal cooling would help me as I am having some heating issues with my currect card and be quieter.

Much faster than current card. It would help me play skyrim, SWTOR and anything else I want smothly and at higher res. If I won the mobo it would give me a the push I need to build a new rig. Ive been overdue for a serious upgrade.

GPU Boost
ASUS made it
The DIGI +VRM should keep it stable during higher heat and demanding gaming sessions
and the GPU Tweak utility let you experiment, like [H] readers love to do :)

I would like this video card so I can get rid of the mild micro stutter from my cfx 6870's and I would like to go back to Nvidia. That and it would help for when I get a bigger res monitor :).

With the system that I have now, this will be a welcome start to my upgrades I will be doing in the coming months. All so I don't have to play CS:GO, DOTA2, and GuildWars 2 on 800x600 at ~20fps :D

It'll be worth playing my entire library of games over again with the improved image quality I can achieve with the 660 Ti. All without increasing the power usage or heat output of my system. Can't beat that!

My PC gets hot as hell even with liquid cooling. For example my Core-i7 920 idles at 54C and has since day one. I have a lot of air moving through my case but it is blocked by 5 1TB hard drives (and I am still running low on space due to all of the video encoding that I do, pictures I have taken and games that I have backed up).

I just helped my roommate build a PC with a regular Nvidia 680 card. Owning the Asus Geforce 680 TIi DirectCU video card, which is far better than what he has, will deliver unending shame and disgrace upon him.

Having the opportunity increase my ability to cool my system without having to sacrifice my storage would be ideal. Having a top of the line video card the likes of which only ASUS can create will help out in that regard. It would be the proverbial icing on the cake.

Having read the {H]ardOCP reviews of the 660Ti, it is clear that the design benefits enormously from overclocking. With that in mind, having ASUS' direct-contact copper heatpipe cooling and six-phase power circuitry at my disposal would help me maximize my overclock and get the most out of the potential of the 660Ti.

Also, my current graphics card is an ASUS product and I have enjoyed many hours of trouble-free gaming with it.

I would really like to try an Asus card. I never got around to it and have tended to be an eVGA guy,

Calm, cool and collected is the way to handle the situations that'll be thrown at this card. It's nice to know that the direct contact heat pipes are whisking away all that is unholy about most systems (heat). Keeping down the temps will let me up the clocks and that means yummy goodness for my eyeballs.

Dust proof fans and an awesome heatsink = not gonna crash if you don't blow out the dust every week :)

It would be nice to try a new Nvidia card that has power effeciency and the power to replace my current ATI card. Also it would be nice to get rid of the ATI AA bug in games.

Asus. Enough said.

Besides their commitment to innovation, outstanding performance, and added value.

ASUS quality improved cooling, 6 phase power 2gb memory , a great upgrade to my ASUS EAH4850/HTDI/1G I can dream can't I?

The Asus DirectCU II cooler is a great addition to the nVidia Geforce GTX 660 TI that would allow me to run this fantastic card at reduced temperatures while also allow for great overclocking.

Nice cooling performance. Also you can't beat the 2GB GDDR5 Memory. I'm still using a geforce 260. So everything about this card is great
