Streaming movies to two computers.

I have a Server and I would like to stream the same movie to different tv's(htpc). I would like the movies to run in synch with each other. I tried to play with vlc but could not get the stream to play in synch. Are there any other programs out there that will do this on a windows 7 pc?
 
You are never going to get them in perfect sync.

It's hard enough just getting music to stream or play in perfect sync.
 
Have a single PC and run multiple monitors mirrored. Bout the only way I can see you syncing.
