Galaxy MDT GTX 570 - $239.99 amir @ Newegg.com

Surprised no one has commented on this...seems like a great deal on this particular card. 800 MHz stock OC on a GTX 570 is nothing to scoff at.

Agreed. It's just that MIR is the wrinkle. Hard to get excited about taking 3 months to get a $30 debit card. If it was $240 at checkout, that would indeed be a scorching deal.

$20 MIR actually, but yeah I can see that I suppose. Personally I've never not gotten back a rebate so I'm fine with them.

That's cool. I've had horrid luck with Powercolor, Sapphire and MSI. Each one took 3+ months. MIR notwithstanding, $260 shipped is still a good deal on a GTX570. That's enough GPU muscle to rip thru anything on the market at 1920x1080.

I use both AMD and nVidia and would think a 7850 even at stock speeds is likely a better deal, but for someone who only buys one brand (Ahh, I remember my fanboi days) or needs a second for SLI, which would be pretty awesome. Decent deal!

Because the Galaxy rep is officially recognized, and I suspect that Galaxy pays Kyle some much-appreciated advertising dollars.

Why is this sticky?

Don't see anything wrong with it. Galaxy rep wanted to post a link to a good deal. I think its pretty cool that manufacturer reps check in here often so if they want to sticky a nice sale price, that's fine with me.

That is cool, Galaxy has really good customer service in my experience (RMA on an e-bay purchase), and their involvement is cool. I just thought it was a Newegg thing, and I thought, don't they already have a thread? Also wasn't sure how hot this was, because wasn't the 480 (which is ~ 570 except hotter) under $200 recently?

I'm a fan of any and all manufacturer reps we can get on [H]. Makes hunting them down when you have customer service/RMA issues that much easier! Which is not to say Galaxy has had issues afaik.
