my 120hz 23.6 that sat in the middle on the bottom died, so this is my temp setup...with a new bg :p

LOL thanks zarathustra

I need to email that to display fusion, and let them know it took about 10 minutes to line up the BG on the bottom 2, they will wrap a pic to all screens or a single screen, I can't pair them

but they let you move the pics center pixel by pixel so I just did it by hand inside the software

I suppose I might be able to eyefinity them in CCC then it would be a non issue still I cant maximize to just one screen

I can already hear the cussing when that wine falls over and stains the rug enough that you lose your security deposit...

Moving on Friday so I had to pack the desk up into a POD. I kept the rig with me though :)

I rocked a setup like that for a year when I first moved out. Good luck on the move and nice wallpaper

Do you guys recommend I get another desk with a keyboard tray, a corner desk and use it without armrests or get a chair with armrests in the middle?

I'm having an extremely hard time deciding what is the most comfortable type of furniture to buy to use the computer for coding, gaming and school and then eventually a job.

I think that is different from person to person.

I know a lot of people who like keyboard trays, but personally I can't stand them.

You should test sit some stuff at furniture stores and see what you like the best.

That is a very subjective question. I believe that you would be best served if you went to an office store such as Staples, office Max, or Office Depot. They will have every possible combination in the store.

My opinion is that an chair with armrests is always a good thing. I don't like keyboard trays but use one at work. But the tray seems useful while using are corner desk as I have at work. My tray is on an arm that extends out past the curvature of the desk. Which is the only reason it's useful. But, as always, YMMV.

I like keyboard trays that you have to buy separately and which can be moved around. The ones which come with most desks are just no good IMO.

Here's the latest configuration of my monitor-array

Thats sweet man! I have the same monitor setup (3x22" and one 22" above.)
What arm are you using and where can i buy one?
Right now im using a Monoprice dual arm and a single for the 3 lower monitors and a wall mount for the top. it gets the job done, but its a pain getting all the monitors to line up right (i have to velcro the sides together). i figure a mount like yours would make things much easier. Thanks!

I'm using the Chief KTA325B arm mounted to a standard 2" pole (I think it was 2" - might have been 1 1/2 "). If you prefer, you can buy a KCS320B buy which includes the arm and a mount that allows you to mount the 3-monitor arm to a desktop. However, that was (1) more expensive and (2) would not work with my desk because of how I built it.

The fourth monitor is attached via a single monitor Chief KWS110B that I disassembled to make it mount to the same pole as the 3-arm mount.

I forget exactly where I bought the arm - it was online. You should be able to enter a search for "Chieft KCS320" and then check out the offerings. If you have trouble finding it, let me know and I'll see if I can find the invoice for where I bought it.

All in all, MUCH easier than trying to manage monitors on three independently mounted arms.
