So, I have two monitors on the way, and each requires Dual-Link DVI to drive them. I also have a Gigabyte Windforce GTX670 on the way... this card:
http://www.gigabyte.us/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4211#sp

The spec sheet only lists one dual-link DVI - does anyone know if that is a typo? I was under the impression that all of these cards could support two Dual-Link DVI but now I'm not sure.

It looks like it has one DVI-I dual link and one DVI-D dual link. so it may well be a typo,, I recommend that you contact gigabyte and ask to make sure. but If you need to run 2 lcd's that need dual-link (higher res than 1920x1080) you can use the hdmi or displayport for that.

I hope it is a typo. Not much I can do now except try it when everything gets here.
The monitors only have DL-DVI inputs, so I'd need a DP to DL-DVI converter I guess (something like this). Pretty sure there's no clean way to convert HDMI to DL-DVI.

e: Nevermind, that's a SL DVI adapter. Haven't found a DP to DL-DVI yet but I assume they exist, somewhere.

Stop panicking. That video card has two dual-link DVI. One of them is dual-link DVI-I, the other is dual-link DVI-D. The picture of the ports of the video card on that spec page clearly shows both DVI ports to be dual-link, because they both have all 24 pin sockets. No conversion from DVI-D to DVI-I is necessary.

Gigabyte should not have messed with the reference routing of the 670, And I can quote the [H] review.

A standard GeForce GTX 670 only requires two 6-pin PCI-E connectors. It can support up to 4 displays on a single video card, with one Dual Link DVI-I connector, one Dual Link DVI-D connector, one HDMI connector and one DisplayPort connector.

That missing Dual-link in the specs look a lot like a typo.

I wouldn't really call this "panicking", but thanks for pointing out the obvious.

That's what I figured as well - most of the rest that I've checked say exactly that. Thanks for the quote.

Just checking back in - got the monitors installed, and both DVI ports support Dual Link. So there you go.
