Mymovies Vs.XBMC

Hi Everyone had couple of quick questions I wasn't able to find on the forum. I'm just starting out with my new 16TB WHS server and was trying figure out the best way to rip my bluray collection of movies and TV series

1.) Does mymovies only rip to ISO and mpeg-2? Some of my movies I have no interest in having a large ISO of and only wish for a smaller 720p file.

2.) Would it be easier ripping with anydvdhd and handbreak to the server? And using XMBC on my separate HTPC on the front-end instead?

3.) Is there anyway to have mymovies pull metadata for files ripped with anydvdhd and handbreak?

My initial idea was to use mymovies to rip my files and use WMC for the front-end but having large ISO files for everything is not really needed. Just don't want to lose the metadata feature from mymovies.Thanks

I use MakeMKV to rip, Ember Media Manager for metadata, and XBMC on the front end. It works perfectly for me.
