WTB: VGA GTX280 or ATI something or similar

Wanting to buy a GTX280 or something similar ATI wise... for a media center PC and occasional use for light gaming.

Looking to keep it at or below $100. I would prefer a higher end card of it's generation i.e. a GTX 280 is preferred over a 260. But not a requirement.

If card has a passive after market cooler that is effective that is a bonus and possibly willing to pay more.
