Chrome Now Syncs Tabs Across Devices

Doesn't seem to work for me or I have no idea what i'm doing.

It works now? I tried getting that to work last week on my tablet but the Android side doesn't work.

I dunno, I like to keep a bajillion tabs open on my PC at all times...

Not sure how my phone will like that :p

Sync your porn tabs from home on your work pc WEEEEE :p

LOL this is my worry (not necessarily porn, but there are plenty of things I don't need to be looking at while at work....). I may need to sign OUT of Chrome on my work PC...

Put me down in the "I keep a bajillion tabs and windows column" on my desktop...

I do a lot of researching and while heavy browsing is better on the desktop (Navigating between pages/tabs is easier on a KB/M with a 22" monitor), i'd often want to just walk away and carry the site with me and keep reading.

At the moment each of my gadgets (ipod, laptops, desktops, tablets, phones, etc.) has its own YM account so i can send page links between them. Would be nice if i can just pop a website open in any of them directly.

Of course, i'm not too comfortable with google tracking my pron usage XD

Syncing across the phone requires ICS I think. Under ICS, My Chrome bookmarks would transfer over to my phone, while under Gingerbread they do not.

Wake me up when they start syncing history across multiple browsers.

Well Firefox already allows you to do that across devices. If you're referring to simply across any and all browsers - I'm pretty sure you can do that with Xmarks. I can't 100% remember if that add-on syncs history as well as bookmarks though.

There is no Chrome for gingerbread. In ICS it isn't the default browser either you need to download the beta from the play store.
