GTX 670 In Stock Thread

Where are you guys finding Asus card? That's THE card to get if staying on air. Sucker is almost silent and beautiful.

Unfortunately, like Most TOPs it uses non standard PCB so blocks wont be made for it.

Search (in "All") for "gtx 670". Click on the link just above the results that says "Introducing the new NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 graphics cards." The Asus is listed along with the others.

Very odd.

Thanks!

The guy probably gets a hook up on large volume purchase.

Wholesale price is probably under $300 in large volume. The guys is probably making over $100 on everyone he sells. Easy money.

I'm sure he will sale them on Craigs list or on ebay.

Probably no warranty.

The gigabyte one will apparently be back in stock on the 18th at tigerdirect. I combined it with my 5% cashback through shopdiscover to get it for under $400. I can let everyone know if it ships on the 18th if you guys want.

I want to point out that NCIX has some models in stock and they ship the other as soon as they get it.

Everywhere seems to be out of stock for the popular ones. Newegg has a zotac and galaxy ones. Not sure how to feel about those.

Amazon seems to be getting more stock than Newegg on these things! Newegg is down to only the $410 base galaxy now (who would pay $10 premium for a base clock galaxy card )

tempted to buy a second Gigabyte from Amazon for $399, getting my first one from newegg tomorrow!

Just don't think I need two of them to run my 2560X1440 setup. All benches show that I can get ~60 fps (or higher with OC) in almost every game except Metro 2033, Crysis 2... My main concern is Skyrim though and that should get around 80 fps, might even try "Grids 7" and see if I can stay at 60 fps.

Superbiiz was out of stock. Ordered from Amazon, lucky me because soon after the Gibabyte one were out of stock.

If I could get 58 FPS average with a 570 with grids 7, then the 670 better be able to average 60 fps.

newegg had them for a bit i grabbed one luckily, never got a notification just got lucky...

damn it .... now it shows they are only charging me for everything but the video card.... WTF...

DO these things go quicker than the servers can mark them out of stock?

no it isn't my browser did that to me earlier..

luckily i got a hold of a cu2 680, so i am a happy camper.

I bought the MSI reference 670 at newegg. It's also overclocked which I thought was weird. I could've went either MSI, Zotac, or Galaxy. Other than the bump in clockspeed, you guys think there's really any other difference quality wise?

Got this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...yMark=False&IsFeedbackTab=true#scrollFullInfo

MSI is a big name, and all the reference cards are the same, so brand only matters for after-sale support. Pretty sure MSI does serial number warranties, so you should be good.
