Anytime, I can wait a couple more weeks but don't really want to wait another month.

9) What features do you need in a motherboard?
Wouldn't mind usb 3.0 and sata 6gb

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?

Here is my pre build setup, I've bought the monitor, case, fans, cpu already. I might go ahead and get the dvd burner and memory because of the current newegg email deals. I may wait on the cpu cooler until after I build the system and see how well the generic cooler works if it comes with one. I might wait on the sata hard drive to drop more in price, I don't really need it right now. I'd like to get the 256mb ssd drive instead of the 128mb but I'd rather wait till it dropped below $200. I'm not too sure on the motherboard if it is a good choice or not.

Does this look like a good enough setup anything I should change?

LOL I think this is the first time I've ever seen you say "looks pretty good as is" in a build thread. That being said, I concur. Solid build!
 
I've been looking at all of the other build posts for last couple of months and choosing parts I felt were good deals etc.

will the G.SKILL Value Series 8GB memory work in the Z77 motherboards?
