Intel i7 2600K

Is there a good list somewhere besides the other post that has a list of all Intel and AMD cpu's that have been released?

In my main computer.

Celeron A 366 @550
Athlon 700 @900 (using pencil trick on T-Bird)
Athlon 1GHz @1200
Athlon 1800+ @ 1800
Athlon64 X2 4400+
Phenom X4 9950BE
Core i7 3930k (not completed yet so no OC).

Other random CPU's. Duron 650, Barton 2500+(x2), Cereron 2.8 GHz, Turion X2 Tl-60, Core 2 Duo P8300.

Have the 3930k up an running, really liking the noise level and performance so far, think I might head back into my 5 year rut of not having the ambition to push for a stable OC.

Also built up a A8-3850 Llano desktop for portability.

can't remember
can't remember
can't remember
can't remember
some Celeron 1.2Ghz
Core 2 Duo E4300
Q9550
2500K
G530
i3 3225/i7 3770T or Haswell.

Intel Core Duo @ 2.0 GHz (laptop)
Intel Core i7 965 (currently for sale - see proper thread)
Dual Intel Xeon W5580

Those are my "primary" CPUs, in my primary desktop and primary laptop of the time. I also have a collection of vintage computers, and a collection of bare CPUs, so my house presently has somewhere over 200 CPUs in it.

UPDATE! (Removed all but what were my then-current systems from the quote)

I've downgraded. Don't play games very often/at all any more, and those I do play I play most often on console or mobile.

Sold the i7, decommissioned the dual Xeon (still have it, wasn't able to sell it.) Retired the laptop. (Well, my wife claimed it, and her prior laptop passed to our daughter.)

My primary desktop is now a Core 2 Duo T7300 (yes a mobile-CPU-based desktop,) and my primary mobile device is an iPad.

I do have a home theater PC with a Core 2 Quad Q9650 and Radeon 5770 that I use for HTPC duties plus DVD/Blu-ray ripping, and the very occasional PC game on the TV.

My electricity bill thanks me.

Here's some CPU's + additional hardware I've had.

REALLY OLD apple thingy with a screen of a few inches, it died pretty quickly and i still remember it standing outside as trash while it was raining, I felt heart-broken as I was still a really young boy.
Some 80486 100Mhz system
A Pentium II (or III) at 350Mhz with a "Viper video card" from the brand diamond I believe, I still remember the logo in the system tray with a red and white triangle, was still a kid back then.
Ol' AMD Athlon something something @ 1800Mhz (w/ Radeon 9550, 512MB, later 1GB ram)
Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 4.0-4.2Ghz (w/ 8800GTS512, later HD4870, 4GB ram)
Core i7 3770k @ 4.8+ Ghz (waiting on GTX680, 16GB ram)

Yup I'm quite slow aint I :)

Motorola 6502 (Atari 400 and 800XL)
8088 in a Columbia MPC (very early IBM PC clone)
NEC V20 in a 64K motherboard IBM PC, clocked up to 8MHZ from 4.77
486DX 33
AMD 5x86 133Mhz overclocked to 160Mhz
Cyrix 5x86 133Mhz (unstable at 150Mhz but ran)
Cyrix 6x86 120Mhz PR 150, overclocked to 133Mhz (was a placeholder to get into a Socket 5 board)
PentiumMMX 166Mhz
K6-2 350Mhz overclocked to 400Mhz
K6-3 450Mhz
Celeron 300A in an Abit BX6 Rev2, never run slower than 450Mhz except by accident
S370 in a slotket, Celeron 400 clocked to 600Mhz rock solid
S370 Celeron 333 that ran 666Mhz stable air cooled (not much gain over the 600Mhz but fun, never could find a twin for my Abit BP6
Coppermine S370 celerons, several at various speeds
Tualatin core Celeron 1.2Ghz run at 1.5Ghz
P4 Northwood Core 1.6Ghz running most of its life around 2.2Ghz
Core2Duo T7250 laptop, never overclocked.

I guess I'm still on a nerd break, still using the C2D laptop. There were some other oddball secondary systems along that path, Pentium Pro, an old 386 board I shoved a 99Mhz 486 IBM blue lightning upgrade chip into, 486DX 50Mhz with a Weitek mathco, a short lived jump to an AMD AthlonXP 1800+, a rise mP6 setup, the list goes on.

Apple IIGS 2.8Mhz
Pentium 133Mhz
Evergreen 233Mhz upgrade (ugg..)
K6-2 400Mhz
K6-3 500Mhz
Athlon 700Mhz
AthlonXP 2000
Athlon64 3500+
Xeon e3110 (Core2Duo e8400) 3Ghz (could never reliably oc it)
Corei7 3770k @ 4.4Ghz

Early ones were all about the same era, I think I have these in the right order, or close to it
RCA 1802 @ 1.0 to about 1.4 MHz (in a COSMAC ELF, 1978 or so - built from a kit - and expanded considerably)
Intel 8080A @ 2.0 MHz (Altair 8800b)
TMS9900, 3.0 MHz (TI-99/4A)
Zilog Z80A @ 3.25MHz (Sinclair ZX80... oh yeah!)
MOS 6502 @ 1.0 MHz (Franklin ACE 1200)
MOS 6510 @ 1.0MHz (Commodore 64 - modded the hell out this thing....)

More modern, sort of
Intel 8086 @ 10 MHz (Altos 586)
Intel 80286 @ 8 MHz. This was the first "parts and pieces" PC I assembled. I did some modding and had it running at just a bit over 12 MHz. It was a "screamer"
Intel 80486 DX2/66 - had it running @ 44/88 MHz before I was done with it. Not easy to do...
Intel Pentium 200MMX - had it @ 266MHz
Intel Celeron 300A -- this was when I found the [H]. I had this bad boy running at 966MHz, then power surge took it out :(
AMD Duron 850 @ 1170 MHz - this is still running at this speed as router at a friends house
AMD T-Bird 1.33
AMD T-Bird 1.4
About four different Athlon XP chips...
Serveral P4 chips from 1.4 to 1.8MHz
AMD 64 3200+ (venice core)
AMD 64 4000+ (still running in a server)
AMD Opteron 165 (Dad is running this one)
AMD Opteron 175 (Still running in a TF2 server :) )
AND 64X2 4200
AMD 64X2 5000+ BE (in my HTPC)
AMD 64X2 5200+ BE (in 14yo daughters's rig)
Intel i7 870 (current CPU)

During my LAN party running years, I changed out CPU's so many times... I lost track. I know there's some missing in there... especially in the AMD 64 era and the S939 Opterons.

I'm not including any laptops I've owned, nor any servers I've built for LAN stuff (I have listed CPUs I used in my rig that migrated to a server)

Evergreen 233Mhz upgrade (ugg..)

LOL, I worked for them once upon a time. Was that the 233Mhz Centaur WinChip upgrade? WooHoo 'CentaurHauls' in the CPUID! I also kind of remember a briefly sold 233Mhz Intel Pentium MMX upgrade that wasn't so bad. I think they called them both Spectra 233s. We had quite a bit of fun after hours testing upgrades with LAN Quake 2 sessions. ("CrunchyFrog was railed by Savage_Savant!") Hardocp reading was actually job related. :D One of the better jobs in my employment history.

Back in the old days Evergreen made some pretty wild 286 and 386 upgrades. Going from 8 or 10Mhz up to more like 40-66Mhz was a real upgrade.
