Office 2010

Is there a new Office 2010 converter so that office 2000 will be able to
read 2007 and 2010 files.


I have the fileconverter for 2007. I have a few users that
get an error message opening docx and pptx files that
worked just fine a couple weeks ago.

Now they get the error that its an unknown file type but still
opens the file.
