The armor industry refers to their products as "bullet resistant" not "bullet proof" for a reason... this guy is lucky. Don't try that at home kids.

REALLY!! (not sarcastic),, I mean, no crap, I did not know that, I always figured that would be THE higher figure (I am not surprised is 55%) but it would seem too logical to take them out, Self-inflicted, it would seem to me it just a separate issue no matter the means.

That being said, a stupid species with a tendency to kill each other that requires about 2000 kCal a day, to be warm in the winter and cool in the summer, the prospects of long term survival are poor, and yes our prospects of long term survival seem fairly poor, and long term is not 100 years, I am taking 10's of 1000's or 100's of 1000's.

I find that most of the anti-gun crowd is also pro-assisted suicide, so I'm not surprised that they rarely mention the 55% statistic themselves.

Not sure if he would be ready for the bullet hitting anywhere else besides the vest, and it looks like he was having enough trouble with that hit alone.

The guy who invented the Kevlar (?) vest did this to prove his product worked when no one trusted him.

The guy doing the shooting isn't wearing safety glasses as far as I can tell and shit flies everywhere... double fail.

Also.. I'm kinda surprised the guy shooting himself with the Glock 20 didn't fly back 100 feet... that's what typical 10 MM owners would have you believe it does as compared to .45 ACP.
 
I could say this guy is dumb but he had on a vest. This is the crazy equivalent of sky diving, both can get you killed without the proper safety equipment.

You've got to be kind of a moron to "shoot your boss" anyway.

See in the vid how the glass at the bottom of the pane shattered after the first shot? What if something odd had happened and one shot had gone under the pane and hit his boss? Is the DA going to laugh and say "haha, shit happens?" Nope, involuntary manslaughter.

If my boss asks me to shoot at him I'm telling him to get f---ed.

Well... He did only use a Hornady round loaded to 40sw specs.

If he actually used a full house 10mm load, he would have disintegrated.
