how's the OC'ability of this? temp under load? possible to flash bios? and last but not least, when does warranty expire again?
 
It's been run at stock since I got it (not very long). I haven't done any BIOS flashing. So I can't attest to the OC-ability or flash-ability. Warranty expires 10/2014. Let me know if you have any more questions.
