Best Burning Software?

I'm really starting not to like the software that comes with windows 7. I can't even figure out how to perform the simple task of copying a CD. Does anyone have any favorites regarding burning software? I used to use Nero back in the day but I'm not sure what else is out there.

ImgBurn is the place to start for burning software. If it doesn't do what you need to, come back with details.
 
CD Burner XP is my favorite, but Imgburn is good too, there both free, I would recommend looking into both, there is an alternative for pretty much any software that you can think of, I just go to Alternativeto
 
ImgBurn is good but it still has a lot to be desired with audio discs (since you have to create bin/cue files).

I started using BurnAware Free awhile back and eventually uninstalled ImgBurn; does everything ImgBurn does, except having to rely on bin/cue files for audio discs. :)
ImgBurn is the "popular" choice and it's a great app; I just don't like the hoops you have to jump through just to burn an audio cd. Much easier to click "audio cd", dump your tracks, and hit burn.

The newest versions of Nero Essentials (9 & 10) are total crap compared to what they used to have. Nero Essentials 6-8 were great products, even though they got increasingly bloated.

I really like Ashampoo Burning Studio Free. It's basically Nero 6 Essentials with Blu-Ray support. It does not author DVD's but does everything else. You can use DVD Maker on your Win7 PC to author DVD's.

IMGBurn is also nice for burning images and bootable disc.
 
imgburn worked like a charm, lightweight and simple too. I love these forums you guys rule.
 
While this question seems to be answered - I'll throw in "Burn Aware Professional"

it's fast, light, super simple.

I used to love Nero 10 years ago, but much like norton, and any other main stream program out there they got super bloated with tons of useless crap.
